Afro-Americans™ is an independently operated apparel shop based in New York, NY. We specialize in Black History & Afrocentric themed customized t-shirts at an affordable price.

Afro-Americans™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the known graphics businesses listed on our website.
Any known business names, logos, trademarks, and related graphics are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational and creative  purposes. Use of these materials does not imply any partnership or association with the trademark holders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

We also reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, delivery conditions, or operational limitations.

6. Fees and Payments

All delivery fees, taxes, and applicable charges are disclosed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may only be canceled within a short window after submission.
If the order has already begun fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds are issued at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and nature of the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Afro-Americans™ is not responsible for:

  • The preparation, quality, or safety of the food or products ordered
  • Damages caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by users
  • Losses resulting from service delays, cancellations, or external factors beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the delivery fee or total amount paid for that order.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate courts located in New York, NY.
