Baltimore Delivery is an independently operated courier and delivery service based in Baltimore, Maryland. We specialize in picking up and delivering food and retail items on behalf of customers from various restaurants and businesses within our service area.

2. Independent Operation & Trademark Disclaimer

Baltimore Delivery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the restaurants (including McDonalds, Burger King, Popeyes, KFC) or businesses listed on our website.
All restaurant and business names, logos, trademarks, and related graphics are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Use of these materials does not imply any partnership or association with the trademark holders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date order and delivery information.
  • Be available to receive your delivery at the specified time and location.
  • Refrain from using our Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Baltimore Delivery reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, order, or location at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse of services
  • Delivery requests to unsafe or restricted areas
  • Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behavior toward our staff
  • Any violation of these Terms

We also reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, delivery conditions, or operational limitations.

6. Delivery Policy

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation times, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the delivery has been completed at the provided location.

7. Fees and Payments

All delivery fees, taxes, and applicable charges are disclosed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may only be canceled within a short window after submission.
If a courier has already begun fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds are issued at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and nature of the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

Baltimore Delivery is not responsible for:

  • The preparation, quality, or safety of the food or products ordered
  • Damages caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by users
  • Losses resulting from service delays, cancellations, or external factors beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the delivery fee or total amount paid for that order.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
