At Baltimore Delivery, we aim to provide fast, affordable, and reliable service.

  • Our current standard delivery fee is $5.00 per order.
  • We do not charge any additional small order fees or service fees at this time.
  • All fees are subject to change in response to shifts in operating costs, driver availability, fuel prices, and local demand. Any changes to our fee structure will be posted in advance via our app or ordering platform.

Delivery Area

We currently serve customers located within a 2-mile radius of our central delivery zone in Baltimore, Maryland.

  • This boundary helps us ensure timely deliveries and maintain food freshness.
  • Occasionally, we may accept delivery requests from customers located beyond the 2-mile zone, depending on factors such as distance, time of day, and order volume.
  • These exceptions are considered individually and are not guaranteed.

Estimated Delivery Time

We understand that when you're hungry, time matters.

  • Our goal is to deliver all fast food orders within 2 hours of receiving them.
  • However, actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, restaurant preparation time, or order volume.
  • We appreciate your patience during busy periods and will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.

Payment Options

We aim to make the payment process as flexible as possible.

  • While most orders must be paid online at the time of checkout, we may accept cash on delivery in certain situations.
  • Cash payments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not available for all customers. Factors such as customer location, order value, and driver safety will influence availability.
  • If you’re interested in using cash for your order, please contact us prior to placing it to confirm eligibility.
