This Was The Pizza That Changed Everything
We've always appreciated the convenience of fast food delivery. Being able to stay home or at work while your meal arrives hot and ready at your doorstep is a modern day luxury. But that convenience comes with a price. Between delivery fees, taxes, service charges, and tips, the final bill can be significantly inflated.
Our delivery experiences have left a lot to be desired in recent years. When we didn’t leave a tip that met the courier’s expectations, the food often arrived cold after being held back until the last possible moment. Reheating a cold pizza (photo above) in the microwave made us nostalgic for the simpler days, before all the fees, memberships and marketing tricks and courier politics designed to squeeze every last dollar out of the customer's wallet.
That cold pizza, which arrived 3 hours after we ordered is what led us to create Baltimore Delivery, a fast food delivery service focused on helping customers save...not spend more.
No service charges. No small order fees. And we’ve removed the online tipping prompt to eliminate guilt tipping. If customers feel a courier provided excellent service, tipping in person, just like the old days, is always welcomed.
Our mission is simple, give people the food they love, at prices that make sense, without playing games. We're proud to offer an experience that puts customers first, because that’s how delivery should work.
